Privacy Policy
TO ALL WORTHINGTON FEDERAL BANK CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNT HOLDERS: In November 1999, Congress passed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), also referred to as the “Financial Modernization Act of 1999”. Title V of GLBA imposes certain obligations on all financial institutions related to the treatment of customers’ confidential information.
Among these new obligations, one of the most important is a federally mandated disclosure of a financial institution’s “privacy policy”. All financial institutions are required to provide “customers” at the start of the relationship and annually thereafter, a notice of the institution’s policies and practices regarding the use, disclosure and maintenance of customer financial and account information.
PRIVACY POLICY

Maintaining this trust with you, our customer is particularly critical for your community bank, because our roots are in the communities we serve.
THE PURPOSE: Banking legislation that modernized our industry also addressed concerns about privacy and the growing amount of personal data flowing along the information highway.
We share these concerns, and are committed to helping protect both your financial privacy and your ability to access quality products and services.
Our ability to offer new financial products and modern technology will allow us to serve you in more efficient ways. However, when it comes to protecting your nonpublic personal information and financial information, we pledge to continue the tradition of trust you have come to expect from Worthington Federal Bank.
